Your appointment is very important to us. This time is reserved especially for you. We do understand that life happens and sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We do, however, respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointment and for cancellations. All of our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide the best quality and excellent service to our guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We request the courtesy of at least 24-hour cancellation notice for all general salon services. Please understand that when you forget or cancel without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

HOW DO I NOTIFY YOU IF I NEED TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?
We PREFER that you call the salon to cancel your appointment. You can call anytime day or night. If we are on the phone with another guest, or if it is outside of normal business hours, please leave us a voicemail. You can use e-mail or Facebook to notify us of your cancellation, however we are busy servicing guests and will not be checking messages during business hours. We ask that you only use this method if the salon is closed.

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS WITH NOTIFICATION
If you NOTIFY us that you plan to cancel or reschedule with LESS than 24 hours notice, You will be required to pay a late notice cancellation fee which is equal to 50% of the services that were reserved.

NO CALL/ NO SHOW
You will be charged for the full amount of the services that were scheduled.

CHANGED SERVICES
Appointments changed with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for 50% of the service that was initially booked, if the change was made prior to the start of that appointment. If the decision to change the services that you are booked for happens at the time of the appointment, you will be charged for 100% of the the cost of the service that was changed. FOR EXAMPLE: You were scheduled to receive a Haircut and Color and decided last minute to not get the color done, but only receive a haircut. You will still be charged for the Color service that was booked.

REMEMBER-
If something comes up and you are not able to keep your appointment, there may be something we can do!
-modify the appointment
-schedule you later in the day
-schedule an earlier appointment
